Just north of the Spring of Courage, Faron Grasslands. Launch from Popla Foothills Skyview Tower and glide southeast. Coordinates match our 152-shrine table.
Jiukoum Shrine is a rail workshop: every door opens for a sled you build from flat square panels, and the shapes get more specific as you go.
1. First sled and the chest
Make a rectangle. Two square panels sit in the first room. Ultrahand them together edge to edge into one rectangle, set it on the rails and hop on — it slides you into the second room.
Extend it into a ramp. Grab that same rectangle and attach three more square panels from this room so it becomes one long plank.
Reach the chest. A chest waits in a corner of the room across a gap in the floor. Lean the long plank across the gap at an incline, walk up and open it: Sticky Elixir.

2. The T-shaped sled
Build a T. Rebuild the panels into a capital T: a flat top wide enough to stand on, and a single vertical stem. Set it on the rails so the stem hangs between the two rails and the top rests on them.
Ride the T standing on its top to the next area.

3. The E-shaped fan sled
Build an E. The last room has another set of panels. Assemble a capital E — a long spine with three arms.
Rails plus fans. Place the E on the rails with its two outer arms sitting between the side rails, then Ultrahand three fans onto it with their fronts facing opposite to the direction the rail leads.
Switch on and ride. Stand on the E, hit a fan to start them all, and let it carry you to the altar for the Light of Blessing.

How do I get the chest in Jiukoum Shrine?
In the second room, attach three more square panels to the rectangle you rode in on so it becomes a long ramp, then lean it across the floor gap up to the chest in the corner. It holds a Sticky Elixir.
Why does my T-shaped sled fall off the rails?
The vertical stem of the T has to hang down between the two rails, with the flat top resting on them. If the stem sits on top of a rail the sled tips as soon as it moves.
