152 — 120 on the surface of Hyrule and 32 on the Sky Islands. There are none in the Depths; the Depths have 120 Lightroots that mirror the surface shrines.

What do you get for completing all 152 shrines?

The Ancient Hero's Aspect, a full-body armor. Along the way, every four Lights of Blessing can be exchanged at a Goddess Statue for a heart container or a stamina vessel.

How do I find the shrine I am missing?

Tick the shrines you have cleared in the checklist on this page — it saves in your browser — and compare against your in-game map: cleared shrines show a blue icon, uncleared ones stay orange. On the Switch 2 Edition, Zelda Notes Navigation shows completion per region.

Where do the coordinates come from?

The X, Y, Z values shown on the in-game map. Every X and Y was cross-checked against the game's own map data; Z (height) can differ by a few meters depending on where it was measured.

How were these coordinates checked?

X and Y for every shrine were compared against the game’s own map data (via the community objmap project) and the gamertw shrine tables in two languages; all 152 agree to within three meters. Z (height) differs by 10–30 meters between sources because each measured a different spot — treat Z as approximate.
