Southwest of the Temple of Time, past the Pit Cave, during The Closed Door main quest. Rauru grants Fuse at the entrance. Coordinates match our 152-shrine table.
In-isa Shrine is the second tutorial shrine on the Great Sky Island and grants Fuse. Its trial, The Ability to Combine, runs you through both halves of the ability: fusing to weapons and fusing to arrows.
1. Create the Boulder Hammer
Pick up the Rusty Claymore planted in the ground (drop a weapon if your slots are full).
Fuse it to the boulder to make a boulder hammer — any weapon works — and smash the cracked wall ahead.
Take the hallway on the right: Fire Fruits, five Arrows and an Old Wooden Bow.
Draw the bow, hold up on the D-pad, pick a Fire Fruit, and shoot the chest on the leaf-covered shelf above. It drops; inside is a Small Key.

3. Unlock the Green Door
Back in the hallway, smash the northwestern column with the boulder hammer for the hidden chest: Arrow ×5.
Up the stairs, open the green door with the key.

4. Defeat the Captain Construct
Captain Construct I: burn its leaf cover with Fire-Fruit arrows before it reaches you, then finish it up close. The ladder on the left has spare materials and a cooking pot.

5. Claim the Light of Blessing
Smash the last cracked wall with a boulder-fused weapon and take the Light of Blessing.

How do I open the green door in In-isa Shrine?
Shoot the chest sitting on the dry-leaf shelf above the Fire Fruit room with a Fire Fruit arrow. It drops, and inside is the Small Key for the green door.
How do I beat the Captain Construct in In-isa Shrine?
Fire-Fruit arrows burn the leaves and chip its health before it closes in; finish with your boulder-fused weapon. The ladder on the left leads to spare fuse materials and a cooking pot.
