Pupunke Shrine Location and Solution (Tears of the Kingdom)

Before you start

Korok Forest is entered from the Depths by Ascending the Great Deku Tree’s roots, and the Koroks only talk once the Deku Tree is cured. Musanokir Shrine is the fast-travel point inside the forest. Coordinates match our 152-shrine table.

A Pretty Stone and Five Golden Apples quest

1. Talk to Damia. Head east from the Deku Tree until you find him. He wants five Golden Apples before he will part with the green crystal.
2. Already have five? Give them to him and skip to step 6.
3. Go to Mido Swamp. He points you down the path; the glowing yellow lights in the forest mark the way. Stay away from the fog — touching it sends you back to where you came from.
4. Clear the road. Evermeans, Stalkoblins and Stalmoblins are waiting along the path.
5. Cut down the Golden Apples. The trees at Mido Swamp carry them; knock the fruit out of the trees and pick up five. Alternatively, fast travel to Sonapan Shrine and take them from the trees around it.
6. Return to Damia and hand over the five apples. He lets you take the crystal.
7. Follow the beam. Pick up the green crystal and walk along the light it projects.
8. Set it at the entrance and go in — the shrine is open.

1. Gather Golden Apples

Pupunke Shrine is a fetch quest with a shortcut: if five Golden Apples are already in your bag, the whole thing takes a minute.

2. Enter Shrine and Collect Rewards

The chest straight ahead holds a Mighty Zonaite Sword; the altar gives the Light of Blessing.
