A single ball wanders off the slope. Attach two balls together with Ultrahand and they track straight down the ramp; in the third room use all three, joined largest to smallest.

How to reach it

Find the cave mouth just east of Piper Ridge and glide down into the canyon.
Glide into the cavern and clear the handful of enemies at the bottom.
Break the rock wall. The first of several — bring more weapons than you think you need, because breaking walls eats durability.
Take the right-hand path at the fork (an Ice Like sits on the left).
Get past the second Ice Like guarding another breakable wall. Stunning it turns it to face the other way, which makes its ice blasts harder to read — killing it outright is often simpler.
Deal with the Shock Like further along; you can dodge past it. Head for the brown breakable wall.
Break through and walk into the shrine.

Step-by-step solution

Iun-orok Shrine is a rolling puzzle with a longer cave crawl in front of it than most dungeons.

1. Roll One Ball, Then Two

One ball. The first chamber has a ball and a target down a slope. Grab the ball with Ultrahand and roll it into the target.

Two balls. The second slope is too uneven for a single ball. Attach both balls together with Ultrahand, set the pair in the centre of the ramp so neither side leans, and let go. It rolls true and hits the target.

2. Three-Ball Ladder to the Chest

Three balls. The third chamber has three balls of different sizes. Join them largest to smallest.

Chest — use them as a ladder. Lean the three-ball assembly against the pillar with the smallest at the base, then climb it. The chest at the top holds 10 arrows.

3. Tap the Final Target by Hand

Tap the target by hand. Don’t roll the stack down this ramp. Carry it with Ultrahand, hold it against the wall just above the target, and let the bottom ball touch it. The final chamber opens — Light of Blessing at the altar.
