Where is Otutsum Shrine?
West of Gerudo Summit, in the snowy Risoka Snowfield area of the Gerudo Highlands. Launch from Gerudo Highlands Skyview Tower and glide northwest. The flight needs about two stamina wheels and passes near a Frost Gleeok on Gerudo Summit and a White-Maned Lynel around Risoka Snowfield, so bring cold-resistant armor or dishes. Coordinates match our 152-shrine table.
