Step-by-step solution

A Sliding Device first reverses a moving cart, then turns a Sled into a steerable vehicle for the sand.

1. Recall the cart up

Wait for a cart. Enter the large room and watch the right side until a cart slides down near you.

Ride it with Recall. Get onto the cart and use Recall so it retraces its route to the upper level.

2. Build the vehicle and bridge the gap

Build the base vehicle. Turn left into the large sandy room. Use Ultrahand to attach the Steering Stick on top of the Sled.

Bridge the gap. Place the small vehicle across the gap between your floor and one of the platforms in the sand, then cross onto the square platform.

3. Add a Fan and drive to the chest

Add a Fan. Take one of the nearby Fans and attach it to the vehicle.

Drive to the chest. Start the Fan and steer to the raised platform at the far back-left. Park on the lower solid floor rather than leaving the vehicle on the sand, then climb the stairs for Arrow x10.

4. Drive to the altar

Drive to the altar. Return to the vehicle and steer to the far back-right side of the room.

Altar. Examine the altar for the Light of Blessing.
