Rotsumamu Shrine is three seesaws in a row, and the last one you tip yourself and then rewind.
1. Crossing the First Two Ramps
First ramp: sprint up without stopping and jump at the top. (Or: let it tip down, Recall it, and walk up while the rewind holds it.)
Second ramp: attach the iron barrel to one end with Ultrahand — the weight holds the far end up as a slope. Climb it.

2. Reaching the Chest with Large Zonaite
Chest: by the big ramp lies a flat stone slab. Attach it to one end so the ramp reaches the far side of the room, and cross for the Large Zonaite.

3. The Final Ramp and Recall Ascent
Last ramp: grab the heavier end with Ultrahand, hold it up for a few seconds, and release.
Recall the ramp — it replays the lift — and climb it into the final room for the Light of Blessing.

How do I climb the first ramp in Rotsumamu Shrine?
Two ways. Sprint it without stopping and jump at the top, or let it tip down, Recall it so it rises again, and walk up while Recall holds it in place.
How does the last ramp work?
Grab the heavier end with Ultrahand, hold it raised for a few seconds, and let go. Recall then replays that lift — climb the ramp while it rises to reach the final room.
