Morok Shrine is trampoline physics: every gap is solved by a spring, including the one you build three storeys tall.
1. Crossing the Launch Area
Ride the launch pad up and glide across.
Stand on the spring, hit it, and glide from the top of the bounce.

2. The Sphere Catapult
The sphere: set a spring on the slanted surface, angled at the far side; put the stone sphere on it, stand on too, and hit it — both of you fly back across.

3. Building the Triple Spring
Seat the sphere in the bowl cavity; the gate opens. Take the stacked springs inside.
Stick the stacked pair onto the spring nearby: a triple spring.
On top of a small floating island near Sahasra Slope, Lanayru Wetlands, at 1182, -0779, 0157. Climb the giant root under the island, or launch from Sahasra Slope Skyview Tower and glide northwest.
How do I get the sphere back across in Morok Shrine?
Set a spring on the slanted surface angled toward the far side, put the stone sphere on it, stand on it yourself and hit the spring — it launches you both over. Drop the sphere in the bowl to open the gate.
Where is the chest in Morok Shrine?
Stack the two bundled springs onto the third one for a triple spring, ride it up, and land on the chest platform below the altar: a Sneaky Elixir.
