Mogawak Shrine runs on Zora hydro power: one battery, one waterfall generator, and circuits that only close when you drag their contacts together.
1. Charge the battery at the waterfall
Pick up the battery at the back of the chamber and set it on the pedestal by the waterfall.
Spin the generator with Ultrahand; the circuit glows while charging. Wait for a full battery.

2. Power the gated platform and open the door
Carry the battery across the room to the locked section over the water and set it on the platform — that half-circuit lights.
Drag the two chained balls together to close the circuit: the door opens. Opal inside.

3. Recharge and retrieve the sunken chest
Bring the battery back to recharge, and while it spins, look into the water beside the waterfall: Ultrahand out the sunken chest — Magic Scepter.

4. Ride the elevator basket to the altar
Take the charged battery, stand in the basket, and set the battery on the elevator pedestal: the basket rises to the altar. Take the Light of Blessing.

How do I charge the battery in Mogawak Shrine?
Set the battery on the pedestal beside the waterfall and spin the water-wheel contraption with Ultrahand — the circuit lights while it charges. Full light means full charge.
Where are the two chests in Mogawak Shrine?
Chest 1: power the far platform and drag the two chained balls together to complete the circuit — the door opens on an Opal. Chest 2: while the battery recharges, scan the water beside the waterfall with Ultrahand and lift out the sunken chest: a Magic Scepter.
