Jonsau Shrine weaponises buoyancy: whatever you drag underwater comes back up hard.
1. First Mechanism
First mechanism: drag the bouncy ball deep under the pool, right beneath the platform’s circular target, and release — it rockets up and strikes it. The way opens.

2. Defeat Soldier Construct and Chest
Beat the Soldier Construct in the next area and bring the ball along.
Chest: a chest sits at the bottom of this pool. Attach the ball to it underwater; the ball floats it up. Set it down, detach, open: Strong Construct Bow.

3. Second Mechanism and Sunken Platform
Sink the ball under the second mechanism and release — strike two.
Third pool: launch the ball up into the wooden planks on the platform above; breaking them lets the small platform sink into the water.
Board the sunken platform and Recall — it climbs back up with you aboard.

4. Altar and Light of Blessing
Glide down to the altar and take the Light of Blessing.
On the hill directly south of the Lanayru Wetlands Chasm, at 1744, 0018, 0051. From Upland Zorana Skyview Tower, keep heading west.
How does Deep Force work?
Pull the big bouncy ball deep underwater with Ultrahand, position it directly beneath the circular mechanism, and let go — buoyancy slams it into the target above. Every step in the shrine reuses that trick.
Where is the chest in Jonsau Shrine?
In the second pool a chest lies on the bottom. Attach the ball to it underwater, let the ball float it up, set it on land, detach and open: a Strong Construct Bow.
