Riogok Shrine Location and Solution (Tears of the Kingdom)
Where to find Riogok Shrine west of Hopper Pond (-1441, -1616, 0113), the full Force Transfer solution — cogs, lever, ramp — and the Mighty Construct Bow chest.

Riogok Shrine is a lesson in moving force from one thing to another — bar to cogs, bar to lever, and finally your own lift replayed by Recall.
1. Gears and Chest
Cogs. Attach the bar across the two cogs in the centre so they connect, then hit the switch on the right — the geartrain turns and the gate opens.
Lever. In the next chamber, attach the new bar to the lever and pull it with Ultrahand to free the second bar behind the small gate.
Chest. Join the two bars into a ramp against the chest ledge and take the Mighty Construct Bow (grabbing the chest with Ultrahand from the top works too).

2. The Great Lift
First Ascend. Take a bar from the ramp, lay it by the horizontal platform at the spinning cog, and Ascend through the platform.
The lift. Attach a bar at an incline to the platform above so you can reach it. Grab the bar, raise the platform as high as you can, hold ~5 seconds, release. Ascend onto the platform and Recall — it replays the lift with you aboard, straight to the altar.

Join the two bars in the second chamber into a ramp against the chest ledge — or simply grab the chest itself with Ultrahand from the ramp top — and open it for a Mighty Construct Bow.
