Akkala Citadel Ruins, south of South Akkala Stable. The shrine is surrounded by autumn trees and old cannons. Travel south from the stable, or launch from Ulri Mountain Skyview Tower and glide south. Coordinates match our 152-shrine table.
Get Arrow ×10. Look right for the short pillar, stand beneath it, and use Ascend. Open the chest on top.
Turn the room once. Drop down and strike the inner switch one time.
Drop to the ledge. After the rotation stops, move to the opening in the floor and drop onto the ledge.
Get the Zonai Charge. Follow the ledge to the ladder on the left, climb it, and open the chest above.
Return to the room. Go back down to the ledge and use Ascend through the room’s floor.
Get the Strong Zonaite Shield. Hit the inner switch three times, then quickly run to the pillar with the chest and open it.

3. Final Alignment and Altar
Set the final orientation. From inside the large room, shoot the outside switch once with an arrow. Then hit the inner switch three times.
Ascend the tall pillar. When the room stops, stand below the tall pillar and use Ascend to reach the upper section.
Close the altar gap. Hit the outside switch three times. The rotations align the upper path with the altar.
Altar. Cross the closed gap and examine the altar for the Light of Blessing.
