Step-by-step solution

Gatanisis Shrine is a timing puzzle in one move: rewind the spring at the right instant and let physics deliver the ball.

1. Launch a steel ball into the trigger

Giant steel balls drop in a loop on the left; a spring-loaded platform runs up to a trigger mechanism on the right.

Recall the platform as a ball sits on it — the rewound spring launches the ball into the trigger above, opening the way.

Break the loop: grab one steel ball with Ultrahand and park it somewhere harmless, so no more balls land on the spring while you are walking it.

2. Ascend to the chest on top

Walk to the end of the spring platform and Ascend through the trigger mechanism to its top surface.

Open the chest there: Bomb Flower ×5.

3. Claim the Light of Blessing

Glide down to the altar entrance and take the Light of Blessing.

How do I hit the trigger in Gatanisis Shrine?
Do not touch the balls at first — Recall the spring-loaded platform as a ball lands on it. The rewound spring flings the ball up into the trigger mechanism above and the gate opens.
How do I stop the falling steel balls?
Once the trigger is hit, grab one of the steel balls with Ultrahand and park it out of the way — that breaks the drop cycle so you can walk the spring platform and Ascend to the chest safely.
