Step-by-step solution

Keys Born of Water uses ice panels as keys. Each of the three stone recesses needs a different panel size, so make panels in the river and shrink them at the bonfire.

1. Create Ice Panels

Light the bonfire. Ignite the remains of the nearby bonfire with a Fire Fruit or Red Chuchu Jelly. You can throw the material or attach it to an arrow and shoot the fire pit.

Make an ice panel. Go to the river and throw White Chuchu Jelly into the water. An ice panel forms on the surface.

Prepare more panels. You can repeat that method, or fuse an ice panel to a weapon and swing the ice-based weapon at the water to make more.

2. Fill the Three Stone Recesses

Fit the first recess. Use Ultrahand to lift and rotate a panel, then place it into one of the three stone recesses.

Resize the remaining panels. Hold each ice panel near the bonfire until it melts to the size needed by another recess. Do not leave it by the fire longer than necessary.

Fill all three recesses. Rotate and insert the two resized panels with Ultrahand. When all three fit, a green crystal appears on the platform above and the shrine entrance forms.

3. Enter Shrine and Claim Blessing

Reach the entrance. Use Ascend to get up to the shrine and activate it.

Claim the blessing. Open the chest straight ahead for a Big Battery, then examine the altar for the Light of Blessing.
