Video walkthrough

Step-by-step solution

Eshos Shrine teaches the parry — the one defensive move that turns an enemy’s own attack into your opening.

1. First Parry Lesson

Walk into the training room. A Training Construct waits; spare shields sit on the left if you brought none.

First parry: hold ZL to raise the shield, watch the fireball, and press A just as it arrives. Timing is the whole lesson — keep trying, the Construct is patient.

2. Electric Attack Round

Second round: a second Construct joins, and the one on the right attacks with electricity. Swap to a non-metal shield or the charge goes straight through you.

3. Claim Your Rewards

Parry both attacks to clear the trial. The altar room opens: Mighty Zonaite Shield in the chest, Light of Blessing at the altar.
