The North Necluda Sky Crystal uses one rotating apparatus to move a small island between the shrine and the crystal.
1. Reach the shrine and start the quest
Reach the shrine island. Launch from Sahasra Slope Skyview Tower, glide east, and land beside Josiu Shrine.
Start the quest. Examine the shrine to begin The North Necluda Sky Crystal.

2. Connect the moving island with Ultrahand and Recall
Connect the moving island. Find the nearby apparatus and rotate it clockwise with Ultrahand until one end connects the moving island to the shrine island.
Ride the island. Step onto the moving island.
Recall the rotation. Use Recall on the apparatus. As its previous turn plays backward, the moving island connects to the island with the green crystal.

3. Load the crystal and bring the island back
Load the crystal. Step onto the crystal island, pick up the green crystal with Ultrahand, and place it on the moving island.
Return to the controls. Leave the crystal aboard and glide back to the apparatus.
Bring the island home. Rotate the apparatus clockwise again until the moving island reconnects with the shrine island.

4. Deliver the crystal and claim the blessing
Offer the crystal. Carry the green crystal from the moving island to Josiu Shrine to unlock it.
Claim the blessing. Open the chest for a Large Zonai Charge, then examine the altar for the Light of Blessing.

How do you complete The North Necluda Sky Crystal?
Rotate the nearby apparatus clockwise to connect the moving island, ride it, then Recall the apparatus so the island returns to the crystal. Put the crystal aboard, glide back to the controls, and rotate the island to the shrine.
What is in the Josiu Shrine chest?
A Large Zonai Charge. The shrine interior is Rauru’s Blessing after the sky-crystal quest.
