2. Use the stabiliser structure to cross the fence
A metal structure carries a Zonai stabiliser: hit the stabiliser and the structure snaps upright. Stand it at the room’s edge, climb it, and paraglide onward.

3. Build and fire the bowl catapult
Beyond the fence, attach a loose stabiliser to the bowl-ended structure, with the stabiliser at the opposite end from the bowl, and aim the whole thing at the far platform.
Catapult: stand in the bowl and hit the stabiliser — it flings you to the far platform. Chest: Fairy Tonic.
Back down, point the bowl structure at the fence, drop the orb in the bowl and fire it over; then fire yourself over the same way.

4. Open the gate and reach the altar
Set the orb in its vessel; the big gate opens. Take the metal structure from inside.
Join the two structures with the bowl at one end and the stabiliser at the other, stand in the bowl and shoot the stabiliser with an arrow — you land by the altar. Take the Light of Blessing.

On the cliffs above Kakariko Village in West Necluda, at 1770, -1052, 0189. Launch from Sahasra Slope Skyview Tower and glide northeast.
What does a Zonai stabiliser do?
It rights whatever it is fixed to. Hit one and the attached structure snaps upright — which turns a flat metal panel into a ladder, and a bowl-ended structure into a catapult.
How do I get the orb over the fence in Makasura Shrine?
Aim the bowl structure at the fence, drop the orb into the bowl and hit the stabiliser — the orb sails over. Then do the same to yourself to follow it.
