Step-by-step solution

Kamizun Shrine is the gentlest Proving Grounds trial and the best place to learn how they work: gear confiscated at the door, everything you need scattered inside.

1. Arm up

Arm up: collect the Old Wooden Bow, Old Wooden Shield, Wooden Stick and Arrow ×10 near the entrance.

2. The Soldier Constructs

Take the Soldier Constructs I one at a time — sneak hits and Flurry Rushes both work here.

3. The spiked-ball weapon and the archer

In front of the altar gate lie a Spiked Iron Ball and a Long Stick: fuse them for the trial’s best weapon.

The archer on the raised platform: shoot it down, or smash its rock pillar with the spiked-ball weapon and finish it on the ground.

4. Chest and altar

When the last Construct falls, your equipment returns and the gate opens: Spring Shield in the chest, Light of Blessing at the altar.
