Step-by-step solution

Kyononis Shrine is the Flurry Rush classroom, sitting right at Hyrule Castle’s gate — worth clearing early, since the dodge it teaches carries the whole game.

1. Wake the Training Construct

Approach the Training Construct in the middle to wake it.

2. Combat Training: Defeat the Construct

Lock on and wait for its swing, then side hop (sideways attack) or backflip (overhead thrust) at the last moment. Timed right, the world slows: that is the Flurry Rush — press attack repeatedly to unload.

Repeat as instructed until the Construct goes down.

In the altar room, the chest holds a Zonaite Sword; the altar, a Light of Blessing.

How do I do a Flurry Rush?
Lock on, and side hop or backflip exactly as the enemy's swing comes in. Time slows, and mashing the attack button lands a full rush of hits. The Training Construct in this shrine exists to practice on.
