Kisinona Shrine Location and Solution (Tears of the Kingdom)
Where to find Kisinona Shrine west of Cephla Lake (2568, 1246, 0196), how to spin the Wind Power turbine with two fans, and the Mighty Construct Bow chest.

Kisinona Shrine is a one-idea puzzle done well: two fans, one ring, and a room full of propellers waiting for wind.
1. Spin the ring to open the door
A rotating ring sits in the middle of the room; two Zonai fans wait on the right.
With Ultrahand, mount the fans on opposite ends of the ring, on their sides, blowing in opposite directions — that turns thrust into rotation.
Shoot (or hit) the fans to start them. The spinning ring blows wind at the propellers around the room; when all of them glow green, the door opens. If some stay dark, your fans are not truly opposite.

2. Get the chest with an updraft
Chest first: take one fan off, lay it flat at the base of the pillar with the airflow pointing up, and glide the updraft to the top: Mighty Construct Bow.

My fans will not spin the ring in Kisinona Shrine — why?
They have to sit on opposite ends of the ring and blow in opposite directions, so their thrust becomes rotation instead of cancelling out. Mounted on their sides, one pushing clockwise and one anticlockwise, the ring turns and the propellers light green.
How do I get the chest in Kisinona Shrine?
Before leaving the first room, take one fan off the ring, lay it flat at the base of the pillar with the airflow pointing up, and ride the updraft with your paraglider to the chest: a Mighty Construct Bow.
