Marakuguc Shrine is a Zonai-wheel puzzle stacked on top of lava: every crossing is a vehicle you assemble first.
1. Cross the first two lava pools
First gap: grab the long joined slabs with Ultrahand and lay them across as a bridge; cross.

2. Combine carts, ascend, and claim the chest
Second lava pool: two identical wheeled carts wait on the far side. Stick them together, ride the pair, and hit the wheels.
Ascend through the platform on your right, then take the hallway and beat the Construct in it.
Chest: in the next room, lean the scalable metal panel at an angle against the pillar in the corner and climb: Strong Construct Bow.

3. Scoop the metal balls and reach the altar
Last gate: attach that same metal panel to a wheeled cart so it forms a scoop, then hit the wheels — the cart pushes the little metal balls onto the switch.
