Step-by-step solution

Timely Catches is a race between each rolling sphere and Link: start the sphere, then reach the pedestal quickly enough to expose its target.

1. First Ball Track Puzzle

Use the first launch pad. Stand on it to reach the platform above.

Start the first sphere. Use Ultrahand to place the stone sphere on the ball track.

Reach the pedestal. Descend to the lower area while the sphere rolls, then strike the pedestal to reveal the trigger mechanism. The sphere hits it and opens the gate.

2. Launch Pads and Treasure Chest

Take the second launch pad. In the next area, let it throw you into the air.

Drop the chest. While airborne, shoot the rope holding the chest in the corner. Open it on the floor for a Large Zonai Charge.

Climb through the launch pads. Return to the pad, use it to reach the elevated launch pad, then ride that one to the highest platform.

3. Second Ball Track Puzzle

Start the second sphere. Put the stone sphere on its track with Ultrahand.

Dive for the pedestal. Drop quickly to the lower area and strike the pedestal before the sphere passes the trigger. The gate to the altar opens.

4. Altar and Blessing

Altar. Enter the final chamber and examine the altar for the Light of Blessing.
