Where to find Sitsum Shrine by the Death Mountain West Tunnel (2369, 2596, 0802), the lava-cart and Zonai plane solution, and the Mighty Construct Bow chest.

Southwest of the Death Mountain West Tunnel, high on the mountain. Head northwest from Ulri Mountain Skyview Tower. Coordinates match our 152-shrine table.
Sitsum Shrine hands you Zonai vehicles and a lava highway, then asks you to move the steering stick from one machine to another.
1. Build cart and collect the orb
Build a cart: grab a wheeled vehicle (or join two) with Ultrahand.
Drive into the lava channel and follow it to the three-way junction; take the right branch.
The right branch dead-ends at a drop with an orb on a shelf — lift it into your cart.

2. Place the orb and open the chest
Back at the junction, set the orb into the orange ring: the doors to the chest open — Mighty Construct Bow.
Drive to the last section and beat the Construct there.
Detach the steering stick from your cart and mount it on one of the parked Zonai planes, facing the right direction.

4. Fly to the altar and claim the Light of Blessing
Fly left across the chamber toward the shrine — land, or hop off and glide down — and take the Light of Blessing.

What is the steering stick for in Sitsum Shrine?
It is the control unit: detach it from the wheeled cart and attach it to one of the parked Zonai planes, facing the right way, and the plane becomes steerable. That is the "controlling device" of the trial name.
Where is the chest in Sitsum Shrine?
Take the right branch of the lava channel, lift the orb off the shelf into your cart, drive back to the junction and set the orb in the orange ring — the doors to the chest open. Inside is a Mighty Construct Bow.
