Step-by-step solution

Kyokugon Shrine is a cave shrine under the Great Plateau’s northern foothills whose whole trick is written on the ceiling.

1. Read the Ceiling and Place the Spheres

Read the ceiling. Bowl-shaped pits dot the floor; green glyphs on the ceiling mark which pits matter.

Carry each stone sphere from its pedestal and drop it into the pit directly beneath a glyph. The gate opens.

2. Chest Room Hidden Pit

Chest room: lift the stone tile on the left — a hidden pit sits underneath. Drop the sphere from the right into it, and the side gate opens: Hearty Elixir.
