Tsutsu-um Shrine hands you an endless supply of stakes and a course full of things that will not stay still.
1. The Rising Monolith
The monolith. Attach the big metal panel (with its stake) to the rising-and-falling monolith while it sits at the bottom. Also join the spare panel and stake nearby and drop that behind the monolith for step 2.
Ride the panel on the monolith up, then glide to the next platform.

2. Hidden Chest
Chest. Stick your spare panel-and-stake to the edge of the platform above, stand under it and Ascend: Arrow ×5.

3. Fan Launch
Fan jump. Drop back down, stand over the upward-blowing fan, ride the draft and glide onward.

4. Ball Guide Mechanism
Ball run, part 1: stake the wall slightly left of where the balls drop, so they fall straight onto the panel below.
Part 2: the wall panel spins counter-clockwise — pin it with a stake beneath so it stands as a ramp feeding the rail under the big wheel.
Part 3: when a ball sits on the rail, stake the white edge of the spinning wheel: it shoves the ball down the rail, the mechanism turns, and the gate opens.

How do I get the chest in Tsutsu-um Shrine?
Attach a stake to a metal panel, stick it to the edge of the high platform, stand underneath and Ascend through it. The chest holds Arrow ×5.
How does the ball puzzle in Tsutsu-um Shrine work?
Three fixes: a stake on the wall where the balls drop so they fall straight; a stake under the spinning wall panel so it stops as a ramp onto the rail; then a stake on the white edge of the big wheel to push the ball down the rail and open the gate.
