Ocarina of Time Gold Skulltulas: All 100 Locations Checklist

All 100 Gold Skulltulas in Ocarina of Time, grouped by area and dungeon. The numbers are this site’s checklist numbers. They roughly follow the order a normal playthrough reaches each one, so going down the list in number order works. Every row says which age can get it, what you need and whether it only appears at night. “Bugs” means dropping bottled bugs on a soft soil patch. The dungeon walkthroughs cover each dungeon’s tokens in route order, starting from the walkthrough hub.

What do Gold Skulltula tokens unlock?

Take your tokens to the House of Skulltula in Kakariko Village. Each time you pass a milestone, one more member of the cursed family is restored and gives you a reward. The one most players want is the Piece of Heart at 50 tokens.

How do you find Gold Skulltulas?

Most overworld Skulltulas show up only at night. If one is marked “night” and you arrive in daylight, play the Sun’s Song. Soft soil patches each hide one: drop bugs from a bottle and the Skulltula crawls out. Others are inside trees you roll into, in crates, and behind walls you bomb. Anything on a wall or out of reach needs the Boomerang as a child or the Hookshot as an adult. Those items also bring the token back to you once the Skulltula is dead.

None of the 100 is permanently missable. For a child-only one, put the Master Sword back in the Temple of Time and return as young Link.

Where are the Gold Skulltulas in the child dungeons? (17)

The Deku Tree, Dodongo’s Cavern, Jabu-Jabu’s Belly and the Bottom of the Well hold 16 tokens. #35 is just outside Jabu-Jabu, in Zora’s Fountain.
