Electro food gives resistance to electricity. The elixir’s description names the use: enemies with electrical attacks.
Which ingredients give Electro?
Six ingredients carry it, one of each kind: Voltfin Trout is the strongest in the cooking data (3), then Electric Darner and Zapshroom (2), and Thunderwing Butterfly, Voltfruit and Electric Safflina (1). Unlike Chilly and Spicy, the game describes three levels.
