Tears of the Kingdom Fireproof Elixir: Ingredients and How to Make It
The Fireproof Elixir is the only way to get Flame Guard in Tears of the Kingdom: the critters that carry it, how strong each is and how to cook it.
What does Fireproof do?
Fireproof keeps your body from catching fire. The elixir’s description tells you when to carry it: exploring the caves of Death Mountain.
Which ingredients give Fireproof?
Only two ingredients carry it, and both are critters — Smotherwing Butterfly (2 in the cooking data) and Fireproof Lizard (1) — so no meal can be Fireproof: it exists only as the Fireproof Elixir. The game describes two levels.
