Mighty food raises your attack power. The game’s elixir text says it boosts your attack power with all weapons, not one kind.
Which ingredients give Mighty?
Seven ingredients carry it. Mighty Porgy is the strongest in the cooking data (3); Mighty Carp, Mighty Bananas, Razorclaw Crab and Razorshroom give 2; Bladed Rhino Beetle and Mighty Thistle 1. The game describes three levels.
