What does Sunny do?

Gloom damages your hearts in a way ordinary healing does not undo. Sunny food is the fix: the game’s description says it restores hearts damaged by gloom.

Which ingredients give Sunny?

Only two ingredients carry it, both plants: Sundelion (12 in the cooking data) and Sun Pumpkin (4). No critter carries Sunny, so there is no Sunny elixir; it comes only in dishes. It has no levels.

FAQ

Sundelion and Sun Pumpkin — strongest first, by the game's cooking data.
Is there a Sunny elixir?
No. Only Sundelion and Sun Pumpkin carry the effect, and neither is a critter, so Sunny exists only in cooked dishes.
