The Moblin Arm is “a Moblin bone that continues to move even after being detached from its body. The bone is thick enough to be used as a weapon but is extremely brittle and easily broken.” The game places it nowhere. It drops from a Stalmoblin.

Where do you get a Moblin Arm?

Beat a Stalmoblin and its arm drops. Stalmoblins are “the remains of Moblins” that “appear in the dark”; they “crumble after just a few attacks” (3 HP) but rebuild themselves while the skull is intact, and “they hate strong light”, so a Dazzlefruit finishes one at once.

Is the Moblin Arm any good?

28 attack, 5 durability. That attack would be respectable on a real two-handed weapon, but it breaks after a handful of hits. Swing it, throw it, and keep rare materials off it.
