TotK Lizalfos Arm: Where to Get It and Is It Any Good
Where the Lizalfos Arm comes from in Tears of the Kingdom: Stalizalfos drop it. Attack 22, durability 5, and why it is only a spare.
The Lizalfos Arm is “the arm of a Stalizalfos that continues to struggle even in death. It can be used as a weapon, but it’s very brittle. You can feel it wiggling when you strap it to your back…” No chest or camp has one. It drops from a Stalizalfos.

22 attack, 5 durability. Slightly stronger than the Bokoblin Arm and just as fragile. Use it up and do not fuse anything you care about to it.
