Breath of the Wild amiibo Armor Sets: Time, Wind, Twilight, Sky, Hero
The six amiibo-exclusive armor sets in Breath of the Wild: which Link figure drops each, the Master Sword Beam Up and Fierce Deity bonuses and every upgrade.
Six armor sets in Breath of the Wild cannot be found in the world at all: they are rewards from Link amiibo figures. Five of them are the outfits of earlier heroes; the sixth is the Fierce Deity set from Majora’s Mask. Which amiibo gives which set?

What do the set bonuses do?
The five hero sets share one bonus:
Set bonus
Master Sword Beam Up
Active when all three pieces are at ★★ or higher.
Master Sword Beam Up — the same bonus as the Armor of the Wild. Zelda Dungeon: the Master Sword’s beam attacks deal more damage. None of the five sets’ pieces has an effect of its own.
The Fierce Deity set is different:

Charge Atk. Stamina Up
Active when all three pieces are at ★★ or higher.
Each piece gives Attack Up, and the full set at two stars adds Charge Atk. Stamina Up, the bonus of the Barbarian set: charge attacks use less stamina (Zelda Dungeon).
How much defense do they give?
Every amiibo set has the same defense per piece: 3 at base, then 5, 8, 12 and 20.

What does it take to upgrade them?
Each hero set uses a single gem, plus one Star Fragment per star and per piece:
