Where is Maag No’rah Shrine?

Look for a rock-blocked cave in the Upland Lindor cliff, north of Lindor’s Brow. From the monster camp near Maritta Exchange Ruins, search the cliff to the south. The shrine is inside the cave, so look for cracked rocks rather than an exposed shrine building. Use the BotW shrine locations table to plan the surrounding route.

What should you bring?

Nothing special is needed for the shrine itself — this is a Blessing shrine with no puzzle, no combat, and no shrine quest to trigger first. The only real requirement is a way to break the cracked rocks sealing the cave: the Remote Bomb rune is enough, or bomb arrows if you would rather shoot from range. If you plan to detonate a bomb while standing on the cliff edge right beside the rocks, go in with decent hearts, because that method hurts Link.

How do you solve Maag No’rah Shrine?

The obstacle is opening the cave. Once inside the shrine, the route leads straight to the reward.

1. Find and enter the hidden cave

Find the cliff north of Lindor’s Brow, using the monster camp near Maritta Exchange Ruins as your approach landmark.

Search south of the camp for cracked rocks blocking a cave entrance in the cliff.

Place a Remote Bomb beside the rocks, move clear of the blast, and detonate it to uncover the opening.

Go into the cave and enter the shrine. No shrine quest needs to be triggered first.

2. Claim the blessing

Open the chest on the direct path to collect the Silver Rupee.

Approach the monk and claim the Spirit Orb. There is no further puzzle or Guardian battle.

What do people miss here?

• The easiest thing to miss is the entrance itself. North of Ridgeland Tower, the unusually tall scouting tower at the small Bokoblin camp is the best landmark; from the camp facing south, the grey rock cluster sits partway up the cliff and only stands out against the sandstone, so it is easy to walk straight past it.
• If placing a Remote Bomb at the cliff base is awkward, bomb arrows crack the rocks open from range — you can even fire from the top of the scouting tower instead of fiddling with bomb placement.
• The other bomb option is to scale the cliff, stand on the edge right next to the rocks, and detonate on top of yourself; it works, but Link will take some self-damage, so avoid it on low hearts.
• The Bokoblin stronghold is only a navigation landmark — you do not need to clear it. The cracked rocks are on the cliff face south of the camp, so you can slip past the enemies and head straight for the entrance.
