TotK Hero Set: Cap, Tunic and Trousers of the Hero Locations
Where to find the Cap, Tunic and Trousers of the Hero in the Tears of the Kingdom Depths, the Old Maps and amiibo for them, the Attack Up bonus and upgrades.
The Hero set dresses Link as the hero of the first Legend of Zelda. All three pieces are in chests in the Depths, and the full set gives Attack Up once each piece has two stars. The other six hero sets are on the hero sets overview; every set is in all armor.
Where do you find each piece of the Hero set?
Each piece is in a chest in a Depths mine. The nearest Lightroot is the one to fast travel to once you have lit it:
- Cap of the Hero — Tuft Canyon Mine; nearest Lightroot Mimufis Lightroot.
- Tunic of the Hero — Dueling Canyons Mine; nearest Lightroot Sohse Lightroot.
- Trousers of the Hero — Corvash Canyon Mine; nearest Lightroot Worihas Lightroot.

Can you get the Hero set from an amiibo?
Yes. The Link (The Legend of Zelda) amiibo, the 8-bit figure, can drop pieces of this set. Bargainer Statues in the Depths resell any piece you have already had for 400 Poes; the statue at Lookout Landing does not.
