Tears of the Kingdom Yiga Set: How to Get the Mask, Armor and Tights

The Yiga set is the Yiga Clan’s own gear: each piece is handed over at a Yiga hideout once you have fought your way in. Its night bonus is the same as the Stealth set’s. For every set see all armor.

How do you get each piece of the Yiga set?

Each piece comes from a Yiga hideout (Game8):

• Yiga Mask — a shack on the Great Plateau. Defeat the Yiga there, then talk to Pitar inside.
• Yiga Armor — the former Akkala Ancient Tech Lab. Defeat the Yiga, then talk to Konba inside.
• Yiga Tights — the Yiga Clan Maritta Branch. Defeat the Yiga inside, Ascend through the square hole in the ceiling and talk to Aliza.

What does the Yiga set bonus do?

Zelda Dungeon: “Increases movement speed during nighttime (9pm-4am).” It also lists a hidden effect of the full set: “Yiga Footsoldiers and Yiga Blademasters do not attack.” Each piece has Stealth Up on its own.

How much defense does each piece give?

1 at base and 12 at four stars — among the lowest.

What does it take to upgrade the Yiga set?

Upgrades are done at a Great Fairy Fountain, one star at a time, for rupees plus materials. The table is per piece; the whole set needs three times as much.
