TotK Phantom Set: Phantom Helmet, Armor and Greaves Locations
Where to find the Phantom Helmet, Armor and Greaves in Tears of the Kingdom caves, their Attack Up effect, and why no set that cannot be upgraded has more defense.
The Phantom set copies the armored phantoms of Zelda legend. It cannot be upgraded, but each piece has 8 defense and Attack Up from the moment you find it. Every set is in all armor; the other sets that cannot be upgraded are on the non-upgradable sets overview.
Where do you find each piece of the Phantom set?
- Phantom Helmet — Puffer Beach Overhead Cave. The entrance is in the underside of the rock on Puffer Beach, so launch yourself up with a Spring or a Rocket. The chest is deeper in, at a small shrine-like altar.
- Phantom Armor — Tamio River Downstream Cave, at the end of the Tamio River. Break the breakable rock wall near the back of the cave to reach the chest.
- Phantom Greaves — the Ancient Altar Ruins under the Gerudo Desert. Several quicksand pits lead down into the ruins; take the one near the middle of the group to land in the room with the chest.
