Tears of the Kingdom Miner Set: Depths Mine Chests and Shining Steps Bonus

The Miner set lights up the Depths: each piece glows, and the full set leaves light where you walk, so you throw fewer Brightbloom Seeds. All three pieces are chests in Depths mines. For every set see all armor; the Bright dishes that make you glow for a while are on Bright recipes.

Where do you find each piece of the Miner set?

All three are chests in the Depths (Game8; positions from the game’s placement data), each marked by one of the Old Maps:

• Miner’s Mask — Abandoned Kara Kara Mine, under the Gerudo Desert.
• Miner’s Top — Daphnes Canyon Mine, under Central Hyrule.
• Miner’s Trousers — Hylia Canyon Mine, under Central Hyrule.

What does the Miner set bonus do?

Zelda Dungeon: “Leave a trail of light.” Each piece has Glow on its own; the set bonus lights the ground behind you as well.

How much defense does each piece give?

3 at base and 20 at four stars.

What does it take to upgrade the Miner set?

Upgrades are done at a Great Fairy Fountain, one star at a time, for rupees plus materials. The table is per piece; the whole set needs three times as much.
