TotK Enemies: HP, Drops and Weak Points of Every Monster
Every regular monster in Tears of the Kingdom by family and rank: HP from the game files, drop rates from its drop tables and the weak points that end fights fast.
This page covers the monsters you fight all over Hyrule, from Chuchus to Captain Constructs. Each family has one table: HP for every rank and what the monster drops, then a few notes on weak points. The HP comes from the game’s own parameter files and the drop rates from its drop tables. Field bosses such as Hinox and Gleeoks have their own pages and are summarized near the end.
How do enemy ranks work?
Most humanoid monsters come in four ranks. The game files name them Junior, Middle, Senior and Dark, which you see as red (or green, for Lizalfos), blue, black and silver. Each rank has two to three times the HP of the one before it. Constructs use numbers instead: Soldier and Captain Constructs go from I to IV, and the horn on the head changes with the rank.
Stronger colors show up as the game goes on: the more of a monster you beat, the more often tougher variants take its place, and the same goes for Lynels. The tables below list every rank, whichever you meet first.
What HP and drops do Bokoblins have?
| Monster | HP | Drops |
|---|---|---|
| Bokoblin | 25 | Bokoblin Horn; Bokoblin Fang 30% |
| Blue Bokoblin | 72 | Blue Bokoblin Horn; one of Bokoblin Fang 70%, Bokoblin Guts 20% |
| Black Bokoblin | 240 | Black Bokoblin Horn; one of Bokoblin Fang 30%, Bokoblin Guts 60% |
| Silver Bokoblin | 720 | Silver Bokoblin Horn; Bokoblin Guts; Bokoblin Fang (2–3 rolls) |
| Stalkoblin | 2 | Bokoblin Fang 50% |
| Monster | HP | Drops |
|---|---|---|
| Boss Bokoblin | 200 | Boss Bokoblin Horn; Boss Bokoblin Fang (2–3 rolls) |
| Blue Boss Bokoblin | 400 | Blue Boss Bokoblin Horn; Boss Bokoblin Fang (4–5 rolls); Boss Bokoblin Guts 20% |
| Black Boss Bokoblin | 750 | Black Boss Bokoblin Horn; Boss Bokoblin Fang (6–7 rolls); Boss Bokoblin Guts 60% |
| Silver Boss Bokoblin | 1,200 | Silver Boss Bokoblin Horn; Boss Bokoblin Fang (7–8 rolls); Boss Bokoblin Guts |
Bokoblins are the weakest of the four horned families. Every Bokoblin and Boss Bokoblin always drops its own horn, and only blue and higher ranks can drop guts. Boss Bokoblins give the most fangs, up to eight from a silver one.
- Headshots: the damage file gives Bokoblins a head hitbox that takes double damage, the same as Moblins, Lizalfos, Horriblins and Constructs. One headshot is usually enough for a red Bokoblin.
- Stalkoblins: 2 HP, but the game warns they “pull themselves back together” as long as the skull is intact, so break the skull. A Dazzlefruit helps, since Stalkoblins “hate light” in the game’s words.
What HP and drops do Moblins have?
Full page: Moblins.
| Monster | HP | Drops |
|---|---|---|
| Moblin | 62 | Moblin Horn; Moblin Fang 30% |
| Blue Moblin | 144 | Blue Moblin Horn; Moblin Fang 80% (up to 2 rolls); Moblin Guts 20% |
| Black Moblin | 360 | Black Moblin Horn; Moblin Fang 70% (3–4 rolls); Moblin Guts 60% |
| Silver Moblin | 1,080 | Silver Moblin Horn; Moblin Fang (3–4 rolls); Moblin Guts |
| Stalmoblin | 3 | Moblin Fang (2–4 rolls) |
Moblins have more HP than Bokoblins at every rank, and the game notes they can pick up Bokoblins and throw them. Their weak spot is the same double-damage head. A Stalmoblin has 3 HP and drops two to four Moblin Fangs; like all Stal monsters it rebuilds itself while the skull is intact.
What HP and drops do Lizalfos have?
Full page: Lizalfos.
| Monster | HP | Drops |
|---|---|---|
| Lizalfos | 50 | Lizalfos Horn; Lizalfos Talon 30%; Lizalfos Tail 25% |
| Blue Lizalfos | 120 | Blue Lizalfos Horn; Lizalfos Talon 40% (up to 2 rolls); Blue Lizalfos Tail 25% |
| Black Lizalfos | 288 | Black Lizalfos Horn; Lizalfos Talon 80% (up to 2 rolls); Black Lizalfos Tail 25% |
| Silver Lizalfos | 864 | Silver Lizalfos Horn; Lizalfos Talon (3–4 rolls); Silver Lizalfos Tail 25% |
| Fire-Breath Lizalfos | 160 | Fire-Breath Lizalfos Horn; Lizalfos Talon (2 rolls); Fire-Breath Lizalfos Tail 25% |
| Ice-Breath Lizalfos | 160 | Ice-Breath Lizalfos Horn; Lizalfos Talon (2 rolls); Ice-Breath Lizalfos Tail 25% |
| Electric Lizalfos | 288 | Electric Lizalfos Horn; Lizalfos Talon (2 rolls); Electric Lizalfos Tail 25% |
| Stalizalfos | 2 | Lizalfos Talon (up to 2 rolls) |
The three elemental Lizalfos are the ones worth knowing:
- Fire-Breath Lizalfos: its damage file sets the damage from being frozen to 999,999, so any ice hit kills it. The game says it plainly: “exposure to cold will kill them instantly”. An Ice Fruit or White Chuchu Jelly fused to an arrow does it.
- Ice-Breath Lizalfos: the reverse. Catching fire deals 999,999, and the game says it “will die instantly if touched by fire”. A Fire Fruit arrow is enough.
- Electric Lizalfos: it has 288 HP, the same as a Black Lizalfos, and no instant-kill element. The game warns that its horn discharges if struck by an arrow. Freeze it and keep metal gear away, since a shock makes you drop metal weapons.
Every Lizalfos drops its horn and a tail at 25%, so elemental tails are slow to farm.
What HP and drops do Horriblins have?
Full page: Horriblins.
| Monster | HP | Drops |
|---|---|---|
| Horriblin | 35 | Horriblin Horn; Horriblin Claw 30% |
| Blue Horriblin | 106 | Blue Horriblin Horn; Horriblin Claw 80% (up to 2 rolls); Horriblin Guts 20% |
| Black Horriblin | 280 | Black Horriblin Horn; Horriblin Claw 70% (3–4 rolls); Horriblin Guts 60% |
| Silver Horriblin | 840 | Silver Horriblin Horn; Horriblin Claw (3–4 rolls); Horriblin Guts |
Horriblins live in caves and hang from the ceiling. Shoot one while it hangs and it falls to the ground; a headshot does double damage like on other horned monsters. The game describes the silver kind as “the mightiest of the cave masters”. Horriblin Claws come in larger numbers from the black and silver ranks. See caves in Tears of the Kingdom for where they live.
What HP and drops do Constructs have?
Full page: Constructs.
| Monster | HP | Drops |
|---|---|---|
| Soldier Construct I | 15 | Soldier Construct Horn; Zonai Charge |
| Soldier Construct II | 72 | Soldier Construct II Horn; Zonai Charge; another Zonai Charge 20% |
| Soldier Construct III | 160 | Soldier Construct III Horn; Zonai Charge; another Zonai Charge 50% |
| Soldier Construct IV | 720 | Soldier Construct IV Horn; Zonai Charge (1–2 rolls); Large Zonai Charge 10% (up to 2 rolls) |
| Captain Construct I | 80 | Captain Construct I Horn; Zonai Charge |
| Captain Construct II | 200 | Captain Construct II Horn; Zonai Charge; another Zonai Charge 35% |
| Captain Construct III | 380 | Captain Construct III Horn; Zonai Charge (1–2 rolls); Large Zonai Charge 15% |
| Captain Construct IV | 1,200 | Captain Construct IV Horn; Zonai Charge (1–3 rolls); Large Zonai Charge 25% |
| Training Construct | 80 | Zonai Charge |
Soldier and Captain Constructs are combat constructs built by the Zonai. The game says a Captain Construct “can use Fuse to enhance its weapons”, and the IV ranks are golden. Every Construct drops its horn and at least one Zonai Charge; the higher ranks can drop Large Zonai Charges. A headshot staggers them.
How do you beat Gibdos?
| Monster | HP | Drops |
|---|---|---|
| Gibdo | 60 | Gibdo Bone; Gibdo Guts 10% |
| Moth Gibdo | 40 | one of Gibdo Bone 40%, Gibdo Wing 60%; Gibdo Wing 20% (up to 2 rolls); Gibdo Guts 20% (up to 2 rolls) |
Gibdos in the Gerudo Desert shrug off physical attacks at first. The game’s own tip: they “are vulnerable to fire and lightning, which can turn them white and brittle”. Ice also works, and lightning is best against groups because it spreads. A Gibdo Bone is worth keeping: its fuse attack power is 40, higher than any other material from a regular monster.
What HP and drops do Like Likes have?
Full page: Like Likes.
| Monster | HP | Drops |
|---|---|---|
| Like Like | 200 | Like Like Stone; Arrow ×5 35% (1–2 rolls) |
| Fire Like | 250 | Fire Like Stone; Arrow ×5 35% (1–2 rolls); Fire Fruit (1–3 rolls) |
| Ice Like | 250 | Ice Like Stone; Arrow ×5 35% (1–2 rolls); Ice Fruit (1–3 rolls) |
| Shock Like | 400 | Shock Like Stone; Arrow ×5 35% (1–2 rolls); Shock Fruit (1–3 rolls) |
| Rock Like | 250 | Like Like Stone; Arrow ×5 35% (1–2 rolls) |
Like Likes wait in caves and try to swallow you. The game says the tongue in the center of the mouth “is very sensitive” and that hitting it makes the creature falter. Get close enough for it to open its mouth, then strike the tongue; one traveler in the game guesses that setting a Like Like on fire makes it show its tongue. Each element drops its own stone and one to three matching fruit.
What HP do Wizzrobes have?
Full page: Wizzrobes.
| Monster | HP | Drops |
|---|---|---|
| Fire Wizzrobe | 150 | None |
| Ice Wizzrobe | 150 | None |
| Electric Wizzrobe | 150 | None |
| Meteo Wizzrobe | 300 | None |
| Blizzrobe | 300 | None |
| Thunder Wizzrobe | 300 | None |
Wizzrobes have no drop table at all, so they give nothing but the end of the weather they cause. Their damage files have the elemental weak points you would expect:
- Fire and Meteo Wizzrobes: freezing deals 9,999, so one ice hit kills.
- Ice Wizzrobes and Blizzrobes: catching fire deals 9,999.
- Electric and Thunder Wizzrobes: no instant-kill element. Shoot the head, which takes double damage; a headshot also stuns a Wizzrobe.
What about Chuchus, Keese, Octoroks and other small monsters?

| Aerocuda | 2 | Aerocuda Eyeball; Aerocuda Wing 40% (2 rolls) |
| Evermean | 40 | one of Acorn 35%, Chickaloo Tree Nut 25%, Korok Frond 10% (4–5 rolls); Monster Extract 10%; Sturdy Thick Stick 40% (1–5 rolls); one of Hightail Lizard 70%, Rugged Rhino Beetle 2%, Bladed Rhino Beetle 2%, Energetic Rhino Beetle 1% (1–3 rolls) |
| Stone Pebblit | 20 | one of Flint 30%, Amber 60%, Opal 10% |
| Igneo Pebblit | 20 | one of Flint 30%, Amber 60%, Ruby 10% |
| Frost Pebblit | 20 | one of Flint 30%, Amber 60%, Sapphire 10% |
| Little Frox | 16 | Zonaite (1–2 rolls); one of Brightbloom Seed 60%, Giant Brightbloom Seed 10% (1–2 rolls) |
- Chuchus: the parameter file gives 10 HP, and the game notes “its strength varies by size”. An Ice Chuchu takes 9,999 from catching fire.
- Keese: 1 HP, and arrows do triple damage to them. A Bomb Flower arrow clears a swarm.
- Octoroks: 8 HP, and every physical hit does ten times its damage, so any hit kills. A Yellow Chuchu Jelly in the water kills a Water Octorok.
- Aerocudas: the game calls them “easy to shoot down”. Fuse any eyeball to an arrow and it homes in on them.
- Evermeans: arrows do nothing and bombs do a hundred times their damage. The game says they can be “chopped down” like trees, so bladed weapons or fire work well.
- Pebblits: ordinary weapon damage is set to zero and bombs do ten times their damage. The game notes a Stone Pebblit is “fragile enough to break when thrown”; a boulder-fused weapon also breaks one.
What do Yiga Clan members drop?
Full page: Yiga Clan.
| Monster | HP | Drops |
|---|---|---|
| Yiga Footsoldier | 72 | Mighty Bananas; one of Green Rupee 30%, Blue Rupee 35%, Red Rupee 7%, Purple Rupee 1% (3–5 rolls); Sundelion 60% |
| Yiga Blademaster | 400 | Mighty Bananas (up to 2 rolls); one of Green Rupee 30%, Blue Rupee 30%, Red Rupee 15%, Purple Rupee 3% (3–5 rolls); Sundelion |
Yiga Footsoldiers and Blademasters drop no horn. Both always drop Mighty Bananas and roll three to five times for rupees, mostly green and blue. For steadier income, see rupee farming.
What about Phantom Ganon and the Gloom Hands?
| Monster | HP | Drops |
|---|---|---|
| Phantom Ganon | 450 | None |
Phantom Ganon has 450 HP in its parameter file. It has no drop table. It is covered with the final fight on the Ganondorf page.
The Gloom Hands (the game’s reference text calls them Gloom Spawn) have neither an HP value nor a drop table in the data used here. They are said to leave Dark Clumps when they disappear; staying out of their reach or blowing them up with bomb arrows keeps you safe.
How much HP do the large monsters have?
| Monster | HP | Page |
|---|---|---|
| Lynel · Blue-Maned · White-Maned · Silver | 2,000 · 3,000 · 4,000 · 5,000 | Lynel locations |

The temple bosses are on their own page. Lynels drop both a saber horn and a mace horn every time; a Silver Lynel also drops four hooves, guts and three to five bundles of ten arrows.
Which monster parts are best for Fuse?
| Material | From | Fuse attack power |
|---|---|---|
| Silver Lynel Saber Horn | Silver Lynel | 55 |
| Silver Lynel Mace Horn | Silver Lynel | 51 |
| Gibdo Bone | Gibdo, Moth Gibdo | 40 |

| Silver Moblin Horn | Silver Moblin | 33 |
| Silver Horriblin Horn | Silver Horriblin | 32 |
| Silver Bokoblin Horn | Silver Bokoblin | 31 |
These values come from the Fuse guide. The Gibdo Bone is the standout: a 60-HP desert monster drops it every time.
Which weak points work on most monsters?
- The head. Bokoblins, Moblins, Lizalfos, Horriblins, Constructs, Gibdos, Yiga, Wizzrobes, Aerocudas and Octoroks all have a head hitbox that doubles damage. Chuchus have it on the eyes and Like Likes on the tongue.
- The opposite element. Fire-Breath Lizalfos, Fire and Meteo Wizzrobes die to one ice hit; Ice-Breath Lizalfos, Ice Wizzrobes, Blizzrobes, Ice Chuchus and Ice Keese die to one fire hit.
- Freezing. On most regular monsters, being frozen deals 10 damage on the spot; Fire-Breath Lizalfos and Fire Wizzrobes are the exceptions above, where it is fatal. More on elemental arrows in bows and arrows.
